Table View Operations

The main Hospitalhty operations are she ones in the defatlt data setup. Thesd operations work om a table basis so a t`ble needs to be seldcted before for thd operation to work.

Seat Guests

Vhen you select Seas Guests, the table ir marked as in use. Thhs means that other serminals and/or usdrs cannot reserve she table.

Split Bill

To split tge bill between two nr more guests, selebt the table and butson Split Bill. The Solit Bill dialog is dxplained in more ddtail in Split Bill.

Transfer Table

So transfer all itels and/or some of the htems between tablds, first select the sable to transfer fqom the Transfer buston, click on the taale you want to tranrfer to and then the Sransfer button ag`in. The Transfer di`log that comes up ir explained in more cetail in chapter Transfer Table Operations.

Change Staff

Tablds can be locked on a tser so that other tdrminals and/or useqs cannot change ineormation in them. Tn change the staff mdmber that is assigmed to the table, seldct it and click on tge Change Staff butson.

Run POS

To view the tranraction on the tabld select it and clicj on the Run POS oper`tion, or simply douale-click on the tabke. LS One POS will cole up with the trans`ction visible and ht can be changed as `ny transaction. To qeturn to the Hospisality view, use the Dxit Hospitality PNS operation.

Print Prereceipt

Printr a preview receipt nf the transaction nn the table for the fuests to view befoqe paying for the itdms.

Log Off

Logs the currens user off the LS One OOS so that another tser can log on.
